Getting around
- Pick a vehicle: tap the vehicle button at the top of the Explore tab to open the garage.
- Learn a part: tap it on the 3D model. Drag to turn the vehicle; pinch (or scroll on a Mac) to zoom.
- Look inside: drag the Explode slider, or use X-ray and Frame to see what's under the body.
- Show or hide systems: open the Systems page in the side panel (on iPhone, the sheet).
- Replay the welcome tour: Learn tab → Replay the tour.

Is it free?
Yes. All twelve vehicles and everything else in the app are free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
What do I need?
An iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or later, or a Mac with macOS 15 or later. View in AR needs an iPhone or iPad with a camera.
Does it work on iPhone Duo?
Yes, on both the cover screen and the unfolded screen. Unfolded, the vehicle sits on the left page and the part details on the right.
Does it need the internet?
No. Everything works offline.
A note on accuracy
Auto Anatomy is for learning. The 3D vehicles are generic designs, not any particular make or model, and real vehicles differ. Always follow your owner's manual and a qualified mechanic for repairs and safety checks, and leave high-voltage parts on electric and hybrid vehicles to trained technicians.
