Progress and iCloud
My progress didn't move to my new device.
Turn on Settings ▸ iCloud ▸ Sync Progress & Stats in the game on both devices, sign in to the same Apple Account, then open Level Select once on each.
How do I start over?
Settings ▸ Progress ▸ Reset Progress re-locks the levels. Settings ▸ Stats ▸ Reset Stats clears scores and stars. With iCloud sync on, a reset applies on all your devices.
Game Center
Scores aren't showing on the leaderboards.
Check that you're signed in to Game Center (iOS Settings ▸ Game Center) and that Settings ▸ Game Center ▸ Leaderboards & Achievements is on in the game.
Co-op
Co-op can't find my friend.
Both devices need Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and should be close together. If you tapped "Don't Allow" on the local network prompt, turn it back on in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Local Network ▸ Void Raiders.
It says my friend is running a different version.
Both devices need the same version of Void Raiders. Update both from the App Store, then try again.
Controls and performance
Can I use a controller?
Yes: MFi, Xbox and PlayStation controllers. Left stick moves, B / Circle dashes, Menu pauses. A keyboard and mouse work on iPad and Mac.
The game feels hot or slow.
Try Settings ▸ Graphics ▸ Effects Quality ▸ Low, or turn on Settings ▸ Power ▸ Battery Saver. It also turns on by itself in iOS Low Power Mode.

Void Raiders collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy.
