Dealer Simulator privacy policy
Dealer Simulator is a single-player game. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no in-app purchases, and no third-party software development kits. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. The game works fully offline.
What the app stores, and where
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your saved games (three slots), settings, campaign stars, season-pass progress, login streak | On your device, and in your private iCloud key-value storage if iCloud is on | So you can continue where you left off and keep progress across your own devices |
| Store name and employee names you type | Inside the saved game above | Shown on the sign, statements, and the roster in your game |
| Lot codes you choose to share | Created on demand; sent only where you send them (Messages, Mail, clipboard) | Lets a friend look at your lot layout, rating, and level. A code contains no personal data |
| Local notifications | Scheduled on your device by iOS | Tells you when an upgrade or recruiter timer finishes. Nothing leaves the device |
None of this is transmitted to us. We run no servers and have no access to your saves.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple handles leaderboards, achievements, and your player identity under Apple's privacy policy. The game only submits your score, achievement progress, and requests the Game Center dashboard. You can play without Game Center; nothing else in the game depends on it.
iCloud
Save backups use Apple's iCloud key-value storage tied to your Apple Account. Apple stores that data; we cannot read it. Turn off iCloud for the app in Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ iCloud to keep saves on the device only.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no chat, no user-generated content visible to others, and no links out except this policy and the support page.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Notifications, only if you start a timed upgrade. Decline and the game still works; you will not get the "done" alert.
- Game controllers and Bluetooth, handled by iOS when you pair a controller. The app reads button and stick input only.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. The app's behavior described above will not change without an app update whose release notes say so.
